HITEC University Convocation Registration

Instructions to apply

Please observe the following steps for registration.

  • Register yourself in the HITEC University Convocation Portal. After successful Registration, an email will be sent to your email address. However, you need to verify your email address to proceed further.
  • Login to the HITEC University Convocation Portal by using credentials provided during the Registration process.
  • Click on Registration for 7 Convocation 2026 to register.
  • Upload scanned documents.
  • Upload a profile picture.
  • Please fill out the form and submit it.
  • Carefully read complete form before submitting (You cannot update information after submitting).
  • No need to submit hard copy of registration form or any printed documents until you receive any instructions from HITEC University.
